Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward calls to Kentra, either all of them or only the ones you can't pick up.
What happens with an emergency or a big customer?
You decide the rules. An urgent call can transfer to you live, text you immediately, or both. A life‑safety emergency is told to hang up and call 911.
Where does my data live?
On infrastructure we run in the United States and back up nightly. Other Kentra customers cannot access your data. Authorized Kentra personnel and the providers listed in our Privacy Policy process it only as needed to operate the service.
Is the texting compliant?
Yes. Alerts go through carrier-registered messaging, consent is recorded, and every contact can reply STOP at any time.
Does it speak Spanish?
Yes. Turn Spanish on from your dashboard and callers who speak Spanish get the whole call in Spanish, including the confirmation texts they receive. Alerts to you stay in English and say when a caller spoke Spanish. Included with every plan.
Does it work with Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan?

Can you get me recommended by ChatGPT?
Nobody can guarantee a spot in an AI answer, and we won't promise one.
